On January 6, 2023, Anhui Huiliao and Shanghai Mingjian Company held a summary meeting on the Japanese project in the conference room on the second floor of the company. The Japanese project began to negotiate with Shanghai Mingjian Company and Japan AGB Company in October 2018, and was completed in December 2022, lasting 4 years. The quality requirements and technical difficulties of the project shocked professionals in the industry.
