On March 19, 2023, Huiliao Group held the first opening class of Huiliao University Lecture Hall in the conference hall on the first floor. The company's senior executives and functional management cadres participated in the activity. The training lasted for two days, and the training theme was how to conduct high-performance on-site management.

In order to accelerate the pace of successful listing of the company, it is urgent to improve the role recognition and management ability of management cadres at all levels, build a learning organization, and enhance the core competitiveness of the company. In order to further strengthen the production management capacity of the company, the lecturer hired in the first phase of the lecture hall is Mr. Wu Zhaoxin, an expert in production management in Taiwan. Mr. Wu Zhaoxin took the management thinking mode of Japanese enterprises as an example to vividly show us the skills and methods of efficient management, and explained the essence and connotation of "management" in a simple way. He pointed out that the six core of leadership management are: planning, organizing, employing, leading, coordinating and controlling, and accordingly led to the eight and four steps of daily management. Teacher Wu believes that management is to solve the problem, the problem is divided into "abnormal problem" and "improvement problem", the former need to use "SDCA" work method to solve, the latter need to use "PDCA" work method to improve, and the key to site management is to improve the problem. Mr. Wu's efficient management thinking and systematic and orderly management methods have benefited the students.
This training combines the post characteristics and needs of the staff of each department, divides all the students into seven groups, and sets up five training modules: cognition management, on-site management skills and methods, 5S management, work instruction, and product quality, and includes examples of teaching, video teaching, game activities and experience exchange, so as to improve the enthusiasm and initiative of the students. In the classroom simulation activities, each group was in good order and showed a positive spirit and team spirit under the leadership of each group leader. The production group got high scores with its rich experience in carrying out the morning meeting and won unanimous praise from the tutor and other groups.
