Hui Liao went to Beijing to attend the establishment conference of UHPC Decorative Concrete Association and UHPC component national standard preparation conference

      In response to the theme of innovative, low-carbon, green and sustainable development of The Times, and continue to broaden the future development space of UHPC components in the field of building structure and architectural decoration, on April 27-28, 2023, the founding conference of China Sanxie Ultra-High Performance Concrete Committee and UHPC standards and Technology Seminar were successfully held in Beijing. As one of the participating units, Huiliao General manager Yu Zhanjin was invited to lead the team to attend the meeting.

    The conference was hosted by the ultra-high performance concrete Industry Development Committee of China Bulk Cement Promotion and Development Association, and guided by China Bulk Cement Promotion and Development Association and Building Materials Industry Technical Information Institute.

      On April 27, at the founding meeting of the China Association Ultra-high Performance Concrete Committee, the leadership of the China Association read out the decision to establish the China Association Ultra-high Performance Concrete Committee, and the Secretary-General candidate read out the list of pre-approved president units and related profiles, the list of vice president units and related profiles and the list of Secretary-General and related profiles.Through a show of hands, the general manager of Huiliao Yu Zhanjin was honored to be elected as the vice president of the Ultra-high Performance Concrete Committee of the China Scattered Association, and the leadership of the China Scattered Association conferred the award to Huiliao and the general manager Yu Zhanjin.The establishment of China Shanye ultra-high performance Concrete Committee is a major event in the construction of China Shanye branch offices, and also a major event in the development of the concrete industry. The establishment of the institution will play a positive role in strengthening the self-discipline of the concrete industry, improving the quality of construction projects, promoting the transformation and upgrading of the concrete industry, and promoting the healthy development of the concrete industry.Yu said that Huimao will carry forward the spirit of "service, self-discipline" association, uphold the code of conduct of "out of the heart, effort, money, attendance", together with other members of the association, gather together and support all activities and meetings carried out by the association, and make positive efforts and contributions to the healthy development of the concrete industry.

      4月28日，UHPC标准与技术研讨大会伊始，由主编单位标委会领导致辞，他指出，近年来，UHPC以其高强度、高韧性和高耐久性等优良性能，以及自由度更大的建筑视觉表现力和良好的装饰效果，在我国工程项目中应用的数量快速增长。然而，由于缺乏统一科学的标准规范，目前UHPC构件的设计安装多参考或借用其他材料，在材料性能要求、UHPC构件结构和安装设计等方面未能真正体现和发挥UHPC性能，为此制定统一的《超高性能混凝土非承重构件性能试验方法》和《绿色建材评价 超高性能混凝土（UHPC）构件》国家标准十分必要。

      此次会议主要围绕《超高性能混凝土非承重构件性能试验方法》标准制定背景和编制工作大纲汇报 、《超高性能混凝土非承重构件性能试验方法》标准初稿及编制工作大纲研讨、《绿色建材评价 超高性能混凝土（UHPC）构件》标准制定背景和编制工作大纲汇报、《绿色建材评价 超高性能混凝土（UHPC）构件》标准初稿及编制工作大纲研讨四个方面进行，与会专家和编制组成员分别就标准的主要章节内容、需要解决的重难点问题以及编制计划等进行了深入讨论和全面交流，对编制工作实施细节达成了一致意见。

      本次UHPC构件国家标准编制会议的开展，有利于统一UHPC产品标准的试验方法，进而规范产品的质量和工程应用，对建筑材料行业的规范发展具有重要意义。可以预见，随着我国UHPC相关规范、标准制定与实施，必将进一步推动UHPC在新建结构和既有结构加固中的运用与发展。汇辽作为建筑材料行业的标杆企业，会在UHPC材料、创新性运用UHPC、先进的规范体系等方面投入更大的研发力量，推动UHPC材料与结构向高质量、规模化运用方向发展，为我国建筑材料行业的可持续发展和建筑强国建设作出重要贡献。
