The white and gray exterior walls, made up of extremely light, but highly insulated colored GRC panels, provide a subtle moving grid that expands as it reaches the ground to become more open and achieve reduced air conditioning needs. The functions of sustainable buildings include high-performance insulation, optimized building form, shaded Spaces, natural ventilation, rainwater harvesting, permeable pavement, convenient public transportation and reduction of urban heat island effect.

2. Hongqiao Xiexin Center is located in the northern part of Hongqiao Business District of Shanghai, and the southern part is the core area of Hongqiao Business District. The project includes 9 headquarters office buildings and 1 commercial and cultural exhibition center. The total area of Xiexin Center project is 35,000 square meters, and the external wall is made of new GRC materials to create pure Grade A business quality.
