The construction of prefabricated station in the foundation pit of pile support system is the first in China. Qingdao Metro Group West Coast Construction Branch carried out scientific research from the aspects of station assembly technology, disassembly and bracing, tooling equipment research and development, assembly precision control, etc., and proposed the assembly and construction technology of "intelligent door crane + separate integrated assembly trolley" under the pile support system for the first time in China. Realized the longitudinal walking and automatic crossing of the car under the limitation of the prefabricated column and longitudinal beam of the prefabricated station and the steel support of the foundation pit, ensured the rotation, turning over, positioning and installation accuracy of the prefabricated component in the narrow space, and developed the prestressed roof extension device suitable for the joint support of the side wall of the center plate of the station, obtained 2 invention patents and 1 international patent authorization. 16 utility model patents have been authorized, and 1 first prize of national QC achievements has been awarded. The project has successfully overcome a series of major construction problems, such as the coordination of the dismantling of the pile support system and the assembly of large prefabricated components, the assembly trolley crossing the inner support of the pile support system, and the rotation of the middle plate in the narrow space. The successful application of prefabricated station technology under pile support system will greatly improve the applicability of prefabricated assembly technology in the field of underground station construction, and provide valuable experience for the future application of prefabricated station technology under various geological conditions.
Assembly and construction technology conforms to the concept of green and low-carbon development, represents the future development trend of the industry, and is an important means for the construction industry to help the country achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality as soon as possible. Through the factory batch prefabrication to improve the physical quality, reduce structural defects, improve production efficiency, shorten the construction period, save costs, help to greatly promote the deep integration of industrialization, information and intelligence in the field of rail transit engineering, has broad prospects and important value. Through the development and application of intelligent gantry crane and separate integrated assembly trolley, high-precision control, high-mechanized construction and high-efficiency construction are realized, and the tooling equipment can be reused. Compared with the same scale cast-in-place station, the construction period can be shortened by 4-6 months, shortening the construction period by 25%-30%; During the peak period, the number of construction personnel was reduced from 160 to 20, reducing the number of construction personnel by 85%; It is estimated that a single station can save the construction of temporary wood (formwork support) consumption of about 800 cubic meters; The components are assembled and formed once, reducing the on-site construction waste such as concrete chisel and concrete waste by about 50%; The construction cost is about 5 million yuan, the carbon emissions are reduced by about 4158 tons, and the emission reduction is 20%, which has significant economic and social benefits.
